Wien Berlin Brass Quintett

It was a pleasure to conduct a photoshoot with the musicians of the Wien-Berlin Brass Quintett ahead of their Japan tour. The shots were taken at the Albertina in Vienna, a stunning location right next to the opera house — chosen deliberately so the Wiener Philharmoniker members could step in between two duties and still make time for the session.

The Wien-Berlin Brass Quintett unites top brass talents from Vienna and Berlin. The ensemble’s roster includes musicians from the Wiener Philharmoniker, Berliner Philharmoniker and other leading orchestras.
Its repertoire is known for blending classical depth, virtuosic flair, and inventive arrangements.

Capturing the quintet in such an iconic Viennese setting — under time constraints but with great energy — was especially rewarding. I look forward to seeing their performances in Japan bring these images to life.
